CHAPTER ONE
It was a dark and stormy night. Okay, in reality it was a
sunny afternoon. Our daughter came home from a field trip
to the landfill (a must-see, by the way) and said, “We need
to do a better job of recycling.” Ouch.
See, we’ve always loved the outdoors and have tried to do
our part to take care of the earth but we knew we could do better. So, we got serious and made some changes. Because
as we know, saving the planet is serious -- right? Sure it is
but we can still have fun along the way.
We appreciate a healthy sense of humor, we love that big
lug of a planet -- the Earth, and we also happen to be crazy
about our kids. On top of all that, we feel strongly that kids
should wear clothes. So, of course, the only thing left to do
was to start an organic baby clothing business.
As the saying goes, “every little bit helps.” We hope to do
our part by offering products that inspire, leave a very small
footprint and a smile.
