RETURNS
We will gladly exchange your item or credit your account, less shipping costs. (If a product is defective, please click here and we'll send you instructions -- we'll take care of shipping costs.) Products that are unused, unwashed, unaltered and in excellent condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days if the item is still unused, unwashed and in good condition, we will gladly exchange it. We do not pay for return shipment, and can not accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship. Please include your receipt or copy of receipt and a note that indicates your reason for your return and whether you want to return or exchange. Include all your contact information and shipping address. If this is an exchange, please be specific about what you would like as a replacement (size, style, and design). All exchanges are subject to availability.
We also suggest that you email us with details and to let us know that your package is coming. Click here to let us know. Approved refunds, cost of product and taxes charged, will be issued within two days of receiving your package.
